General Return and Refund Requests

The following terms apply to returns and refunds requested outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, including sealed or unwanted product.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

• All return and refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return or exchange under these general terms.
• Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days will be denied.

Shipping and Processing Fees

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping return items, in addition to a $5 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Return shipping costs and processing fees are non-refundable.
• These fees do not apply to refunds issued under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, or where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process

Items sent back without prior return request approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations

To qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies once the order is delivered.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time free exchange on any full-price order. To arrange an exchange, contact info.belasora@gmail.com.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info.belasora@gmail.com with a photograph of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds will not be granted for products broken or damaged by the customer after delivery.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Because Belasora products are ingestible supplements, opened bottles cannot be resold and are not accepted as physical returns. Opened product is handled under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, which requires no return shipment.

The following are non-returnable in all cases:

• Gift cards
• Items purchased from a third-party retailer rather than belasora.com

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. This right is in addition to, and does not replace, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above.

Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
